Obrador "Otter" Deaver is quite the character! His big sister is named Molly. Gerard is his dad and May is their Mom.

MOLLY has a friend Nelly Haskill who is a stinker.  .

The Otter's best friend is a girl named Carrie. 

Otter visits the fire department to talk to BLAS  the hunky Public Relations Officer who gives the Otter advice on women and other topics! 

This series is set in the mid-1950s.
